How does our VoIP Phone Service Work? Voice and Internet services are delivered over the same internal network, any in many cases the same Internet Service. Phone calls are then delivered over a carefully-managed Borderless network running sip protocols for Voice over IP to one of our Hosted Cloud PBX Platforms. At the same time, when using our Internet service, Internet traffic is routed over our high-speed data network to its destination.
